Anderson Tennis Raises $3,500 in Pro-AM Tournament

The men and women of the Anderson University tennis program hosted their first annual Pro-Am Tournament at the AU Tennis Courts on Saturday, Oct. 23.

The fundraising tournament allowed student-athletes to play friendly matches with family, friends, faculty, and community members. The tournament raised $3,500 to support program needs.

Congratulations to Morgan Nation (freshman) and her partner Katie Shorter on winning the women's bracket. Congratulations to Sam Songer (junior) and his brother on winning the men's bracket. The tournament welcomed players of all abilities and all ages. Players ranged in age from 15 to 70+. A special thank you to President Pistole for coming out and playing with Senior Captain, Seth Nation.
