Trine University swept the Anderson University softball team during Wednesday's doubleheader at the Raven Softball Field.
The Thunder (14-2) posted a 21-1 victory in five innings in Game 1. Leading the Ravens (1-11) by a score of 3-2 after four innings in Game 2, Trine used an eight-run fifth inning to power past Anderson 11-3 in five innings. Trine entered Wednesday's contest ranked No. 3 in the latest National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) NCAA D-III poll.
Molly Buck homered in both games for the Ravens.
