The Cougars (3-0) capitalized on their 10 free-position attempts, scoring on eight (80 percent) of them. Concordia Chicago cleared 11-of-13 (84.6 percent) attempts while Anderson (1-1) finished 7-of-17 (41.1 percent) clears.
Riley Tull (Georgetown, Ky./Scott County) led the Ravens with two goals. Kaitlyn Lawson (Newburgh, Ind./Castle) delivered a goal and an assist. Elizabeth Graham (Riverside, Ohio/Carroll) also provided a goal. Samantha Huber (St. Louis, Mo./Westminster Christian) secured four draw controls and Madison Leonard (Flower Mound, Texas/Flower Mound) picked up four ground balls. Leonard saved 12 of the 29 shots she faced.
Anderson hosts Bethel University (Ind.) (1-2) on Tuesday at 5 p.m. at Macholtz Stadium.
