Bio

John Becker enters the 2020-21 season in his second year as the GA of the Anderson University baseball staff. He returns to Anderson after a very successful pitching career with the Ravens.

Becker’s primary responsibilities include assisting with recruiting efforts, camp coordination, as well as practice and game-day planning and operations.

In his time as a pitcher for the Ravens, Becker was recognized as the 2018 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Pitcher of the Year and a two-time all-conference selection. He tallied seven wins in 2018. Becker ranks in the top 10 in school history in single-season and career saves. He also ranks in the career records for appearances.

Becker currently coaches with one of the top amateur baseball organizations in the country, the Indiana Bulls, and previously served as the pitching coach for the Normal Cornbelters in the Prospect League.

He graduated from Anderson in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Becker is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration degree at Anderson.
