During a contest that experienced a 2-hour, 5-minute lightning delay, DePauw University handed the Anderson University football team a 55-0 loss on Saturday at Macholtz Stadium.
DePauw (2-0) closed the contest with a 487-162 advantage in total offense.
Cayden Sotelo led the Ravens (0-2) with 12 tackles and two pass breakups. Sam Feola contributed seven tackles while Jawan Coney notched a sack and two quarterback hurries. Drevion Williams recorded five tackles for the Ravens.
On offense, Nathan Clayton threw for 114 yards. Tazz Garrett provided 108 yards on kickoff returns.
Anderson battles Alma College (2-0) on Saturday, Sept. 17 at 6 p.m. at Macholtz Stadium.
