Harley was tabbed the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Rookie of the Year and earned second-team all-HCAC honors last year. He earned HCAC Offensive Player-of-the-Week honors twice. Harley led the nation with 29.2 completions per game. Among NCAA Division III leaders, Harley ranked in 11th in total offense per game (320.0), 25th in completion percentage (.649), T-32 in passing touchdowns (25) and T-36 for points responsible for (168). Harley also topped the conference with 332.9 passing yards per game. Among HCAC leaders, Harley ranked first in completions per game, first in total offense per game, second in completion percentage, second in passing touchdowns, second in points responsible for, third in pass efficiency (140.6) and fourth in yards per attempts (7.41). Harley also crushed the single-game passing yards record and the single-game completions record, throwing for 566 yards on 46 completions.
