COACH DIJON KNIGHT'S COMMENTS
The team put forth a valiant effort over the weekend. Despite the challenges, the guys displayed determination. We finished with our lowest team score so far this Spring. Our Round 2 score is the lowest score we've posted in our last 10 rounds dating back to the Fall at Delaware CC. Our approach shots and setup continues to improve. 81 pars and 12 birdies is also an improvement, but I know our guys feel they can cut even more strokes on the green. However, we are heading in the right direction. We are looking forward to having a competitive week in practice as we prepare to defend our home course during the Anderson University Invitational next week.
