Housman Named HCLC Defensive Player of the Week

Anderson University women's lacrosse junior Mallory Housman (Evansville, Ind./Reitz Memorial) has been named the Heartland Collegiate Lacrosse Conference (HCLC) Defensive Player of the Week, which was announced by the conference on Monday.

The Ravens (2-2) captured a 17-10 victory against Bethel University (Ind.) (2-4) last Tuesday. Housman led the Ravens with five caused turnovers. The junior from Evansville also picked up four ground balls. On offense, Housman provided four goals for the Ravens.

Anderson returns to action on April 7 by battling Franklin College (0-2) at 4 p.m. at Macholtz Stadium.
