The Beavers (3-0, 2-0) held a 28-27 lead in the fourth quarter. Darian Greely ran for a 10-yard touchdown to put Bluffton ahead by eight. The Beavers kept the Ravens off the board in the quarter to seal the win.
Reggie Lipscomb (Indianapolis, Ind./Pike) rushed for 110 yards on 28 carries for an average of 3.9 yards per carry. The junior from Indianapolis also finished with nine receptions, 39 receiving yards and a reception touchdown.
Tyson Harley (New Palestine, Ind./Mount Vernon) threw for 304 yards and three touchdowns. The sophomore from New Palestine completed 44-of-63 passes for a 69.8 completion percentage. Harley also rushed for 20 yards and a rushing touchdown.
Alex Barnett (McCordsville, Ind./Mount Vernon) contributed eight receptions, 104 receiving yards and a reception touchdown. Harley and Barnett also connected on a 2-point conversion. James Tucker (Brookville, Ind./Franklin County) notched 14 receptions, 89 receiving yards and a receiving touchdown.
On defense, Austin Weiland (La Porte, Ind./New Prairie) recovered a fumble and Juancarlos Ramirez (Marion, Ind./Marion) intercepted a pass. Dean Foundos (Highland, Ind./Highland) and Sam Feola (Ridgeville, Ind./Monroe Central) tallied seven tackles. Ramirez put together six tackles and Collin McCaffrey (Manchester, Mich./Manchester) turned in five tackles.
Anderson challenges Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (2-0, 2-0) on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at Macholtz Stadium.
