Anderson (4-3, 4-3) outshot Iowa State Gold (4-3, 4-3) by a 41-14 margin. The Ravens held a 33-12 advantage in shots on goal.
Anderson secured the first game in overtime. The Cyclones tied the game at 2-all with six seconds left in regulation. An Iowa State Gold own goal four seconds into the overtime sealed the game victory for the Ravens. Jack Long received credit for the goal.
Cam May led the Ravens with a match score of 1,837. The Marietta, Ohio native contributed nine goals, three assists and three saves. Long produced a score of 1,644. The freshman from Pendleton notched four goals, seven assists and three saves. Jonathan Williams turned in a score of 1,247. The junior from Lynn tallied six goals and three assists.
