Ravens Fall to Roger Williams in Program Debut

The Anderson University Overwatch team fell to Roger Williams University 3-0 in the program's debut during Wednesday's Eastern College Athletic Conference matchup.
Roger Williams (1-0, 1-0) swept Anderson (0-1, 0-1) during both games of the Control round. The Ravens moved the payload 42.57 meters in the Escort round and the Hawks matched the distance in 43 seconds. During the Assault round, Roger Williams defended Anderson from capturing Point A and the Hawks followed up by capturing Point A in 1 minute, 3 seconds on offense.
Anderson fielded a starting lineup of Michael Carroll (Bedford, Ind./Homeschool), Reece McDaniel (Carmel, Ind./Carmel), Kedric Nees (Fillmore, Ind./South Putnam), Maddi Shiderly (Enon Valley, Pa./Mohawk), Caleb Spencer (Columbus, Ind./Columbus North) and Emalea Tragesser (Tipton, Ind./Tipton).
The Ravens return to ECAC action next Wednesday at 8 p.m. against an opponent to be determined.
