The Anderson University women’s cross country team came in sixth place during the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Championships on Saturday at Blue River Memorial Park in Shelbyville.

Lydia Dyer captured 10th with a 6K season-best time of 24 minutes, 53.6 seconds to garner first-team all-HCAC honors. Paige McKain crossed the finish line 14th with a season-best time of 25:11.0 to earn first-team all-HCAC recognition.
