The Anderson University women’s cross country team tallied eight season bests in D-III Pre-Nationals on Friday night at LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course in Terre Haute.
The Anderson University women's cross country team tallied eight season bests in D-III Pre-Nationals on Friday night at LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course in Terre Haute.
Anderson finished 41st in the 44-team championship meet. The race field consisted of eight teams ranked in the top 30 of the latest United State Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) NCAA D-III poll. In the open meet, The Ravens took 15th of 16 teams.
Lydia Dyer led the Ravens with a 202nd-place finish in the 389-runner championship field. The senior from Harlan clocked a season-best 6K time of 24 minutes, 32.40 seconds.
