Neal Tuminski was a wrestling star at Anderson. A 1973 graduate, he wrestled for four seasons and was team co-captain three of them. He was named the team's MVP in 1970. Tuminski won the Little State Championships in 1973 and was the champion of the Anderson Invitational. He went to the NAIA Championships four times and won three matches in the 1973 event.
 
In his four years at Anderson, Tuminski had a combined record of 92-12 with 48 pins and was a three-time conference champion.
