Anderson Falls to Transylvania in HCAC Championship Match
The second-seeded Anderson University women’s tennis team fell to top-seeded Transylvania University by a score of 5-0 during the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Tournament Championship match on Sunday at Top Seed Tennis Club in Nicholasville, Ky.

Anderson (10-5) faced off with Transylvania (7-1) after the two teams met in the 2019 HCAC Tournament Championship, which the Pioneers claimed a 5-1 victory in that season.

Anderson is scheduled to resume its match with Alma College (1-0) on Feb. 19 at the Community Sport and Wellness Center in Pendleton at a time to be determined. The Ravens led the Scots by a score of 3-0 following doubles during the match originally scheduled for Oct. 2, but the match was suspended due to rain.
