Trine Outlasts Anderson

Trine University (4-0) outlasts the Anderson University women's tennis team (1-2) by a score of 4-3 on Wednesday in Angola.

Abby Cunningham was named the Raven of the Match for her win at No. 3 Singles.

COACH SCOTT GREVE'S COMMENTS

The ladies put out quite an effort. Two third-set tiebreakers were the difference in the match. Both Morgan Nation and Paula Torrent came back from being down a set and almost brought the sweep home for us. Gabby Hosier, Ella Maiden and Abby Cunningham were masterful in their matches and gave our ladies the chance at a victory, but we came up a little short. It was a great effort from the ladies. I continue to expect great things from this team.
