Anderson Coasts Past Manchester on Senior Day

The Anderson University women's tennis team (5-7, 1-0) coasts past Manchester University (0-9, 0-3) by a score of 7-0 during Saturday's Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) matchup at the Community Sport & Wellness Center in Pendleton.

Anderson recognized Morgan Nation and Dylan Lemon for Senior Day prior to the contest.

COACH SCOTT GREVE'S COMMENTS

• It was a very successful Senior Day! Unfortunately, we had to move the match indoors, but it was great to see Morgan and Dylan get two wins each on Senior Day.
• Morgan Nation struggled with her serve a bit in doubles, but roared back to a very strong win in singles, leading the ladies to our first conference win of the season.
• Gabby Hosier and freshmen Abby Cunningham and Paula Torrent continued their great play from Florida with very convincing wins at No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5 Singles.
