I was very pleased with the performance of both [our men and women's] teams. We did an excellent job of managing our nerves in the first match of the season. The women showed tremendous grit by winning all of their third set super tiebreakers.

This was a great test for our programs. Lourdes is a highly competitive scholarship team. We showed excellent fight, willingness to make adjustments on the fly and proved we could be competitive against an excellent team.
