Tull, Rastrelli Sweep HCLC Weekly Awards

Anderson University women's lacrosse standouts Riley Tull and Alli Rastrelli swept the Heartland Collegiate Lacrosse Conference (HCLC) weekly awards, which were announced on Tuesday.

Tull was tabbed as HCLC Offensive Player of the Week while Rastrelli was named as HCAC Defensive Player of the Week. Rastrelli earned her first career weekly award. Tull received her second weekly award of the season and the second of her career.

The Ravens (0-3) dropped a heartbreaker to Marian University (Wis.) (3-2) by a score of 12-11 last Wednesday at Macholtz Stadium.

Tull notched six goals and eight draw controls against the Sabres. On defense, Rastrelli saved 8-of-20 shots in goal. Rastrelli also caused a turnover and picked up two ground balls.

Anderson returns to action on Thursday, March 23 at 6:30 p.m. by hosting Oglethorpe University (7-2) in Macholtz Stadium.
