The Anderson University women's lacrosse team (0-1) fell to Bethel University (Ind.) (2-0) in the season opener by a score of 13-4 on Tuesday at Macholtz Stadium.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The game started off going back and forth to a 3-3 tie with just more than a minute remaining in the first half.
- The Pilots then went on a 10-1 run to close out the final 31 minutes of the game.
- Bethel (Ind.) went 16-of-22 (72.7 percent) on clears, while Anderson went 12-of-25 (48.0 percent)
- The Pilots outshot the Ravens 28-16.
