Carrao, Sweigart Win Events in Robert H. Johnson Invitational

Anderson University men's track and field standouts Caleb Carrao and Michael Sweigart each won events during Saturday's Robert H. Johnson Invitational in Crawfordsville.

Carrao charged to first place in the 400-meter dash with a time of 50.97 seconds. Sweigart locked up first place in the weight throw with a distance of 16.06 meters (52 feet, 8.25 inches).

I think this meet was a wake-up call. We have a baseline and will progress from here. There are some good things that happened and we had fun, but we have a lot of work to do.
