Carrao charged to first place in the 400-meter dash with a time of 50.97 seconds. Sweigart locked up first place in the weight throw with a distance of 16.06 meters (52 feet, 8.25 inches).

I think this meet was a wake-up call. We have a baseline and will progress from here. There are some good things that happened and we had fun, but we have a lot of work to do.
