COACH NIC HUFFMAN'S COMMENTS
Given the circumstances, we had a lot of positive energy and athletes giving their best. I'm proud of how they competed. We had some athletes show up in a big way. Conference is always crazy and it did not disappoint. We have a lot to work on and need to get healed up before outdoor season.
MICHAEL SWEIGART'S COMMENTS
I think the meet went really well. It started out more stressful than expected, but I was able to make the adjustments [Throws] Coach Chuck Foga and I had worked on, executed them and came out on top in the weight. Shot put was not there [on Saturday]; it just wasn't my day. Overall, I think we did really well and come out better than people thought we would.
