Anderson University men’s track and field sophomore Michael Sweigart was named Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Field Athlete of the Week, which was announced by the conference on Tuesday.

Anderson University men's track and field sophomore Michael Sweigart was named Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Field Athlete of the Week, which was announced by the conference on Tuesday.
Sweigart scored in the shot put, hammer and discus during last Saturday's Hanover College Invitational in Hanover.
- Shot Put – 15.13 meters (49 feet, 7.75 inches) – 2nd Place – Ranks 1st in HCAC – Ranks 9th in nation
- Hammer – 50.61 meters (166 feet, 0.5 inches) – 3rd Place – Ranks 3rd in HCAC – Ranks 26th in nation
- Discus – 41.37 meters (135 feet, 8.75 inches) – 4th Place – Ranks 3rd in HCAC – Ranks 58th in nation
