Anderson women's track and field freshman Jada Stansberry has been tabbed as the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Track Athlete of the Week, which was announced by the conference on Monday.

Stansberry raced to third place in the 400-meter dash with a time of 57.06 seconds during the Fighting Chance Meet on Saturday in Joliet, Ill., missing her school record by 0.06 seconds. The Alexandria native clocked a season-best 400 time of 57.00 seconds, which currently ranks 33rd in NCAA D-III.
