"We had a really short week of school and practice after Christmas Break, so we didn't have much time to prepare," Coach Nic Huffman said. "I think we showed up ready to compete. We have a lot to improve, but we should improve after our first meet. Our team came ready with effort, attitude and resolve. I'm pleased with how the team represented AU and I am excited to see what we accomplish this year."
Anderson is set to battle in the Indiana Tech Invite on Friday at 2 p.m. in Fort Wayne.
