Strege Garners HCAC Diver-of-the-Week Honors

Strege was named HCAC Diver of the Week for the second time this season and for the fifth time in her career.
Anderson (2-1, 2-1) rolled past Hanover College (1-2, 1-2) and Bluffton University (0-6, 0-4) during Saturday's HCAC double dual in Bennett Natatorium. The Ravens took down Hanover by a score of 136-44 and Bluffton by a score of 157-32.
Strege took first place in the 11-dive 1-meter diving event with a school-record score of 421.65 points and an average of 38.33 points per dive. The junior from McCordsville hit an NCAA Division III 'B' qualifying standard with her score. Strege punches her ticket to the NCAA Division III Diving Regionals if she hits the standard a second time this season.
Anderson takes on Manchester University (0-2, 0-1) in HCAC action and Olivet College (1-2) in non-conference action on Saturday at 1 p.m. in North Manchester.
