Strege Qualifies for NCAA Diving Regional for Third Time
Anderson University women’s swimming and diving senior Halle Strege qualified for the NCAA D-III Diving Regionals for the third time in her career during Friday’s Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) dual against Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Strege locked up first place in the 1-meter diving event with an 11-dive score of 406.40 points and an average of 36.95 points per dive. The senior from McCordsville eclipsed the NCAA 'B' qualifying standard of 395 points for the second time this season to punch her ticket to the NCAA Diving Regionals for the third time in her career. Strege also competed in the NCAA Diving Regionals as a freshman and a junior. She missed her sophomore season due to injury. The women's 1-meter diving regional competition is currently scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 25 at a location to be announced.
The Ravens (1-4, 1-3) suffered a 180-76 loss to Rose-Hulman (2-4, 1-0) on Friday in Bennett Natatorium.
