Strege Named CSCAA Scholar All-American Honorable Mention
Anderson University women’s swimming and diving junior Halle Strege was named a College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-American Honorable Mention.
Anderson University women's swimming and diving junior Halle Strege was named a College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-American Honorable Mention.
Strege garnered CSCAA Scholar All-American Honorable Mention for the second time in her career after receiving the honor as a freshman. She missed her sophomore season due to injury. Strege was recognized for putting together at least a 3.50 GPA for the 2021-22 season and hitting an NCAA 'B' qualifying standard during the year. She qualified for the NCAA D-III Central Diving Regional after breaking the 11-dive 1-meter diving 'B' standard of 395 points multiple times during the year. Strege set the women's school record in the 11-dive 1-meter diving event with a score of 438.55 points and an average of 39.87 points per dive during the season.
