Quakers Earn Win against Ravens

Cole Whatley and Michael Ertel provided three points each for the Ravens (0-3) on two goals and an assist. Johnathan Havener netted two goals and Gage Jones added a goal. Tristan Wilbrandt dished out an assist.
Whatley won 17-of-25 (68 percent) faceoffs for Anderson.
Ertel led the Ravens with five shots on goal. Whatley registered four shots on goal. Havener and Jones contributed three shots on goal apiece, rounding out Anderson's 15 shots on goal.
Whatley tallied a team-high 11 shots. Havener produced nine shots. Ertel turned in six shots. Jones provided four shots, Wilbrandt notched three shots and Alex Warren rounded out Anderson's 34 shots with one shot.
Eric Fisher saved 10 of the 25 shots he faced.
Wilmington (2-0) finished 22-of-23 (95.7 percent) clears while Anderson cleared 15-of-18 (83.3 percent) attempts.
The Ravens host Northland College (0-4) on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Macholtz Stadium. Anderson then battles Calvin University (2-0) on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Macholtz Stadium.
