The Anderson University men's lacrosse team (2-1) cruises past Concordia University of Chicago (0-2) by a score of 17-3 on Saturday in River Forest, Ill.
COACH JACOB ASHTON'S COMMENTS
- A few mistakes early led to a slow start but we rallied to go up 4-2 and never gave the lead back.
- In the second half, we started to put some pieces together, transition offense came alive and multiple guys started to find the back of the net.
- Robert Okougbo had a strong second half and Abram Zimmerman contributed at the face off X and put four in
- Will Harriman led with 6 points and put together some nice plays.
- Defensively, we shut them out in second half and Spencer Pruden had a strong showing.
- Justin Bemis's return was solid and Lars Kiefer scored his first college goal.
- It was a good team win.

- After going down 2-0, two minutes and 36 seconds into the game, the Ravens scored 17 of the final 18 goals of the game
- Anderson cleared 11-of-12 (91.6 percent), while Concordia cleared just 8-of-14 (57.1 percent)
- The Ravens won 17-of-24 (70.8 percent) faceoffs
- The Ravens outshot the Cougars 62-32, including 32-14 in the second half
- Anderson dominated the ground ball game coming up with 40, compared to Concordia's 17
