After winning the first seven HCAC Diver-of-the-Week awards of the season, Hayward picked up his eighth conference accolade of the season in Week 9 of the HCAC Swimming & Diving weekly awards. Hayward has tallied 17 HCAC Diver-of-the-Week awards in his career.
During Saturday's triangular in Franklin, Anderson (7-3, 3-2) fell to Franklin College (5-1, 4-0) in HCAC action by a score of 198-77. The Ravens took down Heidelberg University (1-8) by a score of 169-38 in non-conference action.
Hayward won both 1-meter diving events, recording an 11-dive total of 438.38 points and an average of 39.85 points per dive.
Anderson resumes action on Friday, Jan 5 by taking on the University of the Ozarks (0-5) at 1 p.m. in Pensacola, Fla.
