Anderson Captures Third in Halloween Invitational
The Anderson University men’s swimming and diving team captured third place in Saturday’s Halloween Invitational in Bloomington, Ill.

Reid Haney took down his 500-yard freestyle school record with a time of 5 minutes, 2.03 seconds. Matthew Hayward knocked off his 6-dive 1-meter diving school record with a score of 289.05 points. The senior from Fort Wayne also bested his single-meet 1-meter diving average with an average of 48.18 points per dive.
In the program's second running of the events, Anderson improved the school record in the 3x100-yard backstroke relay, the 3x100 breaststroke relay and the 3x100 individual medley relay.
