Ravens Fall to Fightin’ Engineers
The Anderson University men’s swimming and diving team (3-2, 2-2) fell to Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (5-2, 1-0) by a score of 163-76 during Friday’s Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) dual in Bennett Natatorium.

Matthew Hayward captured first place in the 1-meter diving event with an 11-dive score of 465.35 points and an average of 42.30 points per dive. The junior from Fort Wayne hit the NCAA 'B' qualifying standard of 425 points. Hayward qualifies for the NCAA D-III Diving Regionals if he achieves an 11-dive 1-meter diving score of 425 points a second time this season.
