Hayward tallied his fourth diver-of-the-week accolade this season and his 13th of his career.
The senior from Fort Wayne captured first in the 6-dive 1-meter diving event during Saturday's Halloween Invitational in Bloomington, Ill. Hayward knocked off his 6-dive 1-meter diving school record with a score of 289.05 points. He also bested his single-meet 1-meter diving average with an average of 48.18 points per dive.
Anderson (4-0) challenges Indiana Wesleyan University (0-1) on Friday at 6 p.m. in Marion.
