Anderson University men's diving senior Matthew Hayward battles in the two-day NCAA D-III Central Diving Regionals, beginning on Friday at 2 p.m. in Granville, Ohio.
Hayward swept the 1-meter diving and 3-meter diving events in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCA) Championships and was tabbed the HCAC Diver of the Year. During the season, Hayward was selected as the HCAC Diver of the Week 11 times.
Haywards posted two 11-dive school records this season, turned in a 1-meter score of 520.65 points and a 3-meter score of 508.80 points.
