Bio

Coach Freeman's primary responsibilities include working with the infielders, hitters, coaching first base and assisting with camp instruction.

Freeman played college baseball at Three Rivers Community College where he holds the school record for career infield fielding percentage, and finished his college playing career at Nicholls State University in Louisiana.

He returned home to Indiana and began his coaching career at Anderson University under Hall of Fame coach Don Brandon. After finishing at AU, coach Freeman helped lead multiple state and nationally-ranked programs at Anderson Highland High School, Concordia University in Ann Arbor, Michigan and most recently at Pendelton Heights High School.

Freeman resides in Anderson, has served 30+ years with the Anderson City Fire Department, and has one son, Chase Freeman, who is also an Anderson Fire Fighter.
