The Anderson University baseball team completed the sweep of Manchester University during Saturday's Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) doubleheader at Don Brandon Field.
Trailing 4-0, Anderson (12-7, 2-0) plated five runs in the bottom of the eighth inning to capture a 5-4 victory in Game 1. Anderson then took down Manchester (5-11, 0-2) by a score of 6-2 in Game 2. In Game 2, Landen Southern tossed a complete game, allowing just four hits.
