Ravens Battle Past Green Knights in Doubleheader

The Anderson University baseball team battled past St. Norbert College in a doubleheader sweep on Saturday at Championship Park in Kokomo.

Anderson (2-3) fought past St. Norbert (2-3) by a score of 13-10 in Game 1. The Ravens grinded out an 8-7 win in Game 2.

In Game 2, C.J. Williams entered the game with the bases loaded and two outs in the top of the seventh inning with the game tied at 7-7. Williams escaped the jam by striking out Will DeBruin. Tyler Smitherman broke the tie by singling in a run during the bottom of the eighth.
