Transylvania Sweeps Anderson in Doubleheader to Take Series
After falling to the Anderson University baseball team on Friday, Transylvania University swept Anderson during Saturday’s doubleheader in Lexington, Ky. to take the three-game Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) series.

After falling to the Anderson University baseball team on Friday, Transylvania University swept Anderson during Saturday's doubleheader in Lexington, Ky. to take the three-game Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) series.
Transylvania (11-10, 4-3) pulled off a walk-off victory by a score of 7-6 in Game 1. The Pioneers then fought past the Ravens (14-9, 4-3) by a score of 12-7 in Game 2.

- The Pioneers outhit the Ravens 9-8.
- Anderson was hindered by three errors. Transylvania committed zero errors.
