Carthage College raced past the Anderson University baseball team by a score of 10-7 on Friday in Titusville, Fla.
The Firebirds (3-1) jumped out to a 10-2 lead. Anderson (2-1) scored five runs in the final two innings to trim the deficit to three runs.
