Earlham College fended off the Anderson University baseball team 12-8 during Saturday's Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) matchup at Don Brandon Field.
Anderson (11-8, 1-3) added two runs in the bottom of the ninth inning and had two runners on, but Earlham (13-6, 3-1) was able to halt the rally.
