Coach Schnepp is the pitching coach and recruiting coordinator in the AU Baseball Program.

Schnepp leads the Anderson pitching staff and is responsible for the coordination and communication of Anderson's recruiting efforts.

Coach Schnepp has spent the last 4 years as the head freshman coach and varsity assistant at Pendleton Heights High School. The previous two summers he worked for the Crossroads Baseball Series, assisting with on-field operations during showcase events. Coach Schnepp is a graduate of Pendleton Heights High School (2012) and Anderson University (2016). He was a three-year varsity letterwinner at Pendleton Heights and was named First Team All- Hoosier Heritage Conference his senior season.

Currently, Coach Schnepp is working towards his MBA. He and his wife, Samantha, reside in Anderson.
