Tabor Named NCBWA D-III National Hitter of the Week

Anderson University baseball senior Brendan Tabor was named the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) NCAA D-III Hitter of the Week, which was announced on Wednesday.

Tabor was also selected to the D3baseball.com Team of the Week. The catcher from New Palestine was tabbed the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Hitter of the Week. Tabor highlighted his week by going 13-for-21 with five home runs and 15 runs batted in. He turned in a .619 batting average, a .679 on-base percentage and a 1.381 slugging percentage.
