Anderson earned the No. 5 seed with a 16-9 overall record and an 11-7 HCAC record. Transylvania secured the No. 4 seed with a 15-8 overall record and a 10-6 conference record.
During the regular season, Transylvania swept Anderson, earning an 83-71 win in Anderson and a 71-59 victory in Lexington.
Maurice Knight leads the Ravens with 19.9 points per game. Among HCAC leaders, Knight ranks second in scoring, third in blocking (1.0), fifth in rebounding (7.6) and 10th in steals per game (1.3). Knight has also added 2.4 assists per game.
Francis Uzorh leads the conference and ranks 34th in the nation with 1.92 blocks per game. He has pulled down 7.6 rebounds per game, which ranks sixth in the conference. Uzorh has scored 7.8 points per game and has converted 84-of-145 (57.9 percent) shots from the field.
Tate Ivanyo has recorded 9.7 points per game and 0.8 steals per game for the Ravens. He has knocked down 34-of-40 (84 percent) shots from the free-throw line and 24-of-66 (36.4 percent) attempts from the perimeter. Fred Shropshire has contributed 8.2 points per game. He has hit 36-of-93 (38.7 percent) shots from the perimeter and 23-of-29 (79.3 percent) attempts from the charity stripe.
Camden Smith is averaging 7.1 points per game. He has also knocked down 57-of-115 (49.6 percent) shots from the field. Austin Lyons has provided 6.1 points per game. Jordan Gadis has turned in averages of 5.2 points and 1.4 assists. Rounding out Anderson's scorers include Alex Hunt (3.5), Avery Paddock (2.6), Phil Bessick (2.3), Cade Gentry (1.9), Dalton DuBois (1.8), Ayden Brobston (1.7), Josh Durham (1.1) and Cortland Jackson (1.0).
As a team, Anderson ranks first in the HCAC and 22nd in the nation in 3-point field-goal defense (.287). The Ravens also lead the conference with 4.4 blocks per game.
Zach Larimore leads Transylvania with 14.6 points per game. He has converted 122-of-271 (45.0 percent) shots from the field and 55-of-68 (80.9 percent) attempts from the free-throw line. Among HCAC leaders, Larimore sixth in free-throw percentage and 10th in blocks per game (0.7). Larimore has also collected 5.5 rebounds per game.
Hunter Penn leads the conference with 9.4 rebounds per game. He has provided 13.2 points per game and drained 125-of-224 (55.8 percent) attempts from the floor. Among HCAC leaders, Penn ranks second in blocking (1.4) and second in field-goal percentage. Penn has also recorded 1.0 steals per game.
Brandon Cromwell averages 11.4 points. He hit 58-of-70 (82.9 percent) shots from the charity stripe. Among HCAC leaders, Cromwell ranks fourth in steals per game (1.7) and fourth in free-throw percentage. Cromwell has also dished out 2.7 assists per game.
