COACH CARTER COLLINS'S COMMENTS
[Wednesday's] game was a little clunky by both teams, but that's par for the course in a season opener - there's a lot of emotion, and not a ton of reps to go off of. I was really happy with how our guys played in the last 30 minutes of the game. We had six guys who scored eight points or more, and that's how we love to play - sharing the ball. Elijah Mattingly was a force inside defensively with seven blocks. Overall, it's a good starting point for us. We walk away with a big road win and also a lot of areas to improve on.
