Rose-Hulman Edges (RV) Anderson with Buzzer Beater

Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology's Simon Blair drained a 3-pointer as time expired to list the Fightin' Engineers (5-3, 3-0) past the Anderson University men's basketball team (6-3, 2-1) by a score of 94-91 during Saturday's Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) matchup in Terre Haute.

COACH CARTER COLLINS'S COMMENTS

It was a disappointing outcome for us [on Saturday], but we didn't play well enough to deserve a road win against another really good team. We have the ability to be better on the defensive end and on the glass than what we were [on Saturday], but we didn't get it done. Rose-Hulman was the more deserving team. We'll need to continue to work hard in practice to make sure that we can win these games in the future.
