Franklin College (3-4, 1-0) fought past the Anderson University men's basketball team (4-2, 0-1) by a score of 77-70 during Saturday's Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) matchup in Franklin.
The Grizzlies jumped out to a 44-26 lead at halftime.

We didn't show up with the focus or effort needed to win a conference game on the road. Hats off to Franklin - they came in and asserted their will on the glass right away, and they were the tougher and more disciplined team for nearly the entire 40 minutes.
