COACH CARTER COLLINS'S COMMENTS
- I was really pleased with our effort. The first half was outstanding on both ends - we really executed the game plan well for the majority of the first 20 minutes.
- At the beginning of the second half, Hanover made their run, which is to be expected from a great team such as them, but I do wish that we could have done a better job of keeping our wits about us - we were playing hard, but almost a little too hard, and our focus slipped on both ends for a while.
- Three of our role players - Alex Hunt, Kenney Troutman and Bryce Williams - came in during the second half and played really well to close out the game for us. It's a great feeling as a coach to know that I have lots of different players who can make big plays for us, and it was those three guys that came up huge.
