"What a tale of two matches for us," Coach Scott Fridley said. "I am very happy with the level of competition of the four teams. These teams are quality and are all well coached. I am proud of the three young men put on the tournament team as they had a solid tournament and contributed in both games."
Bossman produced Anderson's two goals during Friday's 2-0 win against Greenville. The freshman from Gahanna, Ohio netted both of the shots he took.
"Bossman got to enjoy a couple goals on his birthday weekend. He is a calm and talented player. We need to keep finding more ways to include him in the run of play."
Fite led the Ravens with five steals during Friday's win. He also added a shot on goal on Friday.
"Fite worked really hard this weekend and got us a lot of opportunities with his high work rate. His 5 steals on Friday led the team and gave Greenville fits."
Moro-Medina saved 14 of the 19 shots he faced this weekend. The junior goalkeeper posted a five-save shutout against Greenville. In the match against Webster, he held the Gorloks scoreless in the first half.
"Moro-Medina had a shutout against Greenville and kept us in the Webster game when we didn't play well, I am very happy with his play so far this season."
