COACH SCOTT FRIDLEY'S COMMENTS ON GAME
I am of course disappointed that we came up short with so many good opportunities. I think we're having a hard time finding out who is going to score our goals, especially with Jordan Bossman's injury the other day. We have to get more excitable in the box and work hard to get some opportunities. I thought we had some good moments, but if you don't take care of your opportunities, teams are going to beat you. Onto the next day.
KEN & DEB JULIAN PAVILION
Prior to the match, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for the Ken & Deb Julian Pavilion. The pavilion consists of a covered picnic table seating area in addition to restrooms. The contributions of Ken & Deb Julian have led to a significant addition to Fridley Field.
"The Ken and Deb Julian Pavilion is a great place for people to gather and enjoy their time at the soccer field," Coach Scott Fridley said. "The Julian Family has been so instrumental in the soccer stadium and its growth. Their friendship is so important. They have been so generous and we really appreciate them so much. Ken and I enjoyed the early days of AU Soccer together. His friendship is very important to me."
